Scott Hagan is a well-loved communicator who has been speaking professionally for over 35 years.

His insights on leadership, relationships, and organizational culture have helped scores of top executives, organizations, and churches achieve new levels of clarity and momentum. Thousands of leaders from all over the world have found Scott’s ideas on leadership to be highly effective.

In 2017, after 38 years of civic and pastoral leadership, Scott Hagan became the 7th president of the North Central University in downtown Minneapolis, MN. Scott holds his doctorate in Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University.

Scott is the author of seven books, including The Language of Influence and Personal Power (Kensington) and his most recent book, On-Call Heroes: A Tribute To Those Serving On The Front Lines (Tyndale).  Scott is a popular leadership voice on social media and authors the “Note2Leaders” Facebook page with more than 90,000 followers.

His personal mission begins and ends with being a wonderful husband to his wife, Karen, and a loving father to their four adult children, their spouses, and his ten grandchildren. Scott is an avid sports enthusiast and has traveled the world, including recently climbing with a group of friends to Mt. Everest Base Camp in Nepal.
